We'd rather lose applicants here than surprise anyone in week two:
- 100% commission. No base salary, no draw. If you need a base to make this work, this isn't the right role for you today.
- You build a book that pays you every month. 20% of each client's first payment up front, plus an 8% residual every month that client stays — and it climbs +1% with every promotion, across your whole book. Keep clients happy and your monthly income compounds on top of every new close.
- The exact terms are in your offer letter before you accept. Because our clients sign multi-month agreements, your pay is built to reward keeping them: a solid up-front cut, then a residual that grows as you do. Every number is written down before you sign — no surprises.
- Paid on collected cash. You get paid when the client's first payment clears — not on signatures, not on promises.
- Commission takes a ramp. This is 1099 and 100% commission — you build pipeline before it pays, and your first closes can take a little longer than a salaried job would. That's normal in commission sales. The associates who stay consistent through the ramp are the ones who win big. This is a builder's role, not an instant paycheck.
- Week-4 performance gate. If it isn't working by week four — for you or for us — we part ways cleanly instead of dragging it out.
- Fluent English, and you have to want it. This is a US phone sales role — we need clear, natural English on every call. And it's 1099: you set your own hours and no one forces you to work — but no work means no money. We're taking 10 of the best this cycle. Come hungry.

The whole job, no gloss — so you know exactly what you'd be signing up for:
- THE ROLE. Full-cycle. You prospect from DNC-scrubbed lead batches we provide and hunt your own, book your own appointments, run them, and close. Nobody hands you a calendar.
- WHAT YOU SELL. Visibility inside AI answers. When someone asks ChatGPT, Google's AI, Gemini, or Perplexity "who's the best [business] near me," most local businesses are simply absent from the answer — and they have no idea. We measure exactly which questions a business is named in and which it isn't, do the work to change that, and show the client the movement. What we don't do is promise a #1 spot or a date for one, because nobody honest can — we sell the work, the cadence, and the receipts. You sell two tiers: Anchor — $2,400/mo plus a one-time $2,400 Foundation Build, three-month minimum with a day-30 review, US local businesses — and Apex — whole-territory coverage across multiple markets, from $5,000/mo by application and uncapped. The bigger the deal, the bigger your cut, and there's no ceiling on Apex. Anchor and Apex are AI visibility only. Everything else ASN builds — websites, the AI voice receptionist, automation, reputation & AI defense, and Google Business Profile & review management — sells as its own paid add-on alongside a visibility deal, never folded into it, so one client can mean several separate commissions. The live scanner does the convincing: in ~90 seconds a prospect watches themselves missing from the AI answers their customers already see. The proof sells it — you do the asking.
- YOUR DAY. Dial and outreach blocks, discovery calls, demos. After a held call, the proposal goes out within 24 hours, auto-drafted from the prospect's own scan — you don't write documents. Delivery is handled by the platform and the team; you never fulfill.
