We'd rather lose applicants here than surprise anyone in week two:
- 100% commission. No base salary, no draw. If you need a base to make this work, this isn't the right role for you today.
- You build a book that pays you every month. 20% of each client's first payment up front, plus an 8% residual every month that client stays — and it climbs +1% with every promotion, across your whole book. Keep clients happy and your monthly income compounds on top of every new close.
- The exact terms are in your offer letter before you accept. Because our clients sign multi-month agreements, your pay is built to reward keeping them: a solid up-front cut, then a residual that grows as you do. Every number is written down before you sign — no surprises.
- Paid on collected cash. You get paid when the client's first payment clears — not on signatures, not on promises.
- Commission takes a ramp. This is 1099 and 100% commission — you build pipeline before it pays, and your first closes can take a little longer than a salaried job would. That's normal in commission sales. The associates who stay consistent through the ramp are the ones who win big. This is a builder's role, not an instant paycheck.
- Week-4 performance gate. If it isn't working by week four — for you or for us — we part ways cleanly instead of dragging it out.

- THE ROLE. Full-cycle. You prospect from DNC-scrubbed lead batches we provide and hunt your own, book your own appointments, run them, and close. Nobody hands you a calendar.
- WHAT YOU SELL. The #1 spot in AI and search. When someone asks ChatGPT, Google's AI, Gemini, or Perplexity "who's the best [business] near me," we make it our client's name — named and recommended by AI, and ranked on Google, so they win the customers their competitors are invisible to. We run the most data and the deepest GEO + AEO + SEO engine in the industry (Generative, Answer, and Search Engine Optimization — the three ways a business gets found), and clients watch their visibility score climb every week. Managed $1,200–$2,500/mo retainers on multi-month agreements, US local businesses. The live scanner demo does the convincing: in ~90 seconds a prospect watches themselves missing from the AI answers their customers already see. The proof sells it — you do the asking. You sell two tiers: Anchor — we make a business the #1 AI + search pick in their local market, from $1,200/mo — and Apex — whole-territory domination across multiple markets, uncapped (our biggest clients run $5,000/mo and up). The bigger the deal, the bigger your cut, and there's no ceiling on Apex.
